- Unless a load is expressly sold as "new," items may show signs of handling, be missing packaging, or require testing.
2. Quotes, Orders & Pricing
- Quotes are provided based on current availability and are valid only for the period stated.
- Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed and paid.
- An order is accepted only once we confirm it in writing and payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or unavailable stock.
3. Payment
Accepted payment methods and terms are stated at the time of quote or checkout. Full payment is generally required before merchandise is shipped or released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping arrangements, costs and timelines are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup, as applicable.

Because of the discounted, as-is nature of liquidation merchandise, sales are generally final. Any exceptions (such as damaged or grossly misrepresented shipments) are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
